I struggled with finding my passion & knowing I was doing the right thing.
Imagine this - I went to my career guidance session at college, I said I didn’t want to be a nurse, however, she convinced me in our short session that nursing was for me - yes, I have a caring nature, yes, I’m good with people, yes, I’m kind. However, it’s wasn’t the right advice & deep down I knew it wasn’t right for me. I did 1 year and 1 week of nursing training & was brave enough to say no, this is not for me!
Roll on a few years, who’s counting? I found my passion - in 2002 I got my first taste in the world of learning & development & I knew I had found my calling. Since that time, I’ve had the privilege to work with people like you - empowering you to make positive choices that improve your life both professionally and personally.
Now I’m my own boss, saying yes to the type of people I want to work with, the areas I want to specialise in & how I want to spend my time.
Life throws us curve balls at times, I’ve had my fair share - infertility & coeliac disease, both had a significant impact on my wellbeing at the time & I sought help. Sometimes we need someone to walk beside us when we need a little guidance & support.

My passion is career coaching. I enjoy guiding individuals who have lost confidence in their abilities or are unsure about their direction.
Witnessing the transformation from fear, sadness, and frustration to motivation, inspiration, and rediscovering their path is incredibly rewarding.

My roles have ranged from HR to Learning & Development with responsibility for coaching, training, facilitation and mentoring.
My experiences help me to deeply understand different industries and support people in growing professionally.
